Welcome on the website of the south-east Rügen’s Biosphere reserve of!

I’m pleased to present you the new look of our website.

The new format of our office follows the same protocol as the description of all conservation areas in Germany, which was map out by Europarc Deutschland.

It has not only changed its appearance but the content has also been reworked. The attractiveness of Internet users and the readability of the information were fundamental in the creation of this new design.

Beyond information about the targets of the Biosphere Reserve, the landscapes and nature diversity, this website approach also crucial topics as the partnership between our office and the municipalities around or with other partners, in a common aim of conservation and development of the tourism in the region.

It’s with a lot of honours that I invite you to discover this new presentation clear and understandable. The following information can be fully utilised, and this website was also made for blind people. I wanted to thank Mister Andres Horst, designer at mindflowmedia, who realised this entire presentation.

Finally, I wish you a lot of pleasure during the exploration of the Biosphere Reserve’s new website.
